All Let’s Start Monday items are made to order especially for you.

Processing Time
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method available for your order. You will receive tracking information when available.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and could arrive in more than one package.

Shipping Delays 
Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control. Please refer to your tracking information for the most current delivery updates.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
